Raised in Boston by a single parent, Jeison earned a BA in Business Administration from Northeastern University. He worked at Citizens Bank, then Fleet Bank and Bank of America, where he rose to Branch Manager.

He founded Jeison German Group in 2014, built a 200-client merchant services portfolio on his own within two years, sold it for over $500K while keeping management rights, and rebuilt. Today he leads a firm handling lending, commercial real estate, merchant services and cost consulting.

He is a husband and a father of four.
