The Magician
of Business.

Born in Boston, MA, raised in a single-parent household, Jeison German earned his BA in Business Administration from Northeastern University through sheer will and a minority inclusion initiative that opened one door — and he kicked down every other one himself.

His career began at Citizens Bank, progressed through Fleet Bank and Bank of America — where he was promoted to Branch Manager after navigating a federal fraud raid on his first day. That story says everything about who Jeison is.

In 2014, he founded JeisonGermanGroup. He built a 200-client portfolio solo in the first two years, sold it for over $500K, rebuilt from scratch, and hasn't stopped since. Today he leads a firm managing millions in active deals across lending, real estate, merchant services, and cost consulting — all while being a proud family man, devoted husband, and father of four.
