About JEISON GERMAN

Jeison German, the CEO of JeisonGermanGroup and a dedicated entrepreneur, hails from Boston, MA, where he grew up in a single-parent household alongside two older siblings. He credits his mother as his superhero, juggling multiple roles with grace. Encouraged to self-educate, Jeison displayed a strong commitment to his studies and took charge of shaping his future success from a young age.

Through a minority inclusion initiative, Jeison earned acceptance into Northeastern University, where he obtained a BA in Business Administration through hard work and determination. Post-graduation, an opportunity at Citizens Bank beckoned, where he participated in an unpaid entrepreneurship program aimed at mentoring underprivileged youth in financial literacy, investing, and customer service skills. 

Jeison's exceptional performance led to a Teller position at the bank upon program completion. Driven by ambition, Jeison swiftly climbed the ranks at Citizens Bank, consistently earning promotions across different operational roles. His stellar performance caught the attention of Fleet Bank, leading to a job offer just before its acquisition by Bank of America. Post-merger, Jeison transitioned into the role of Senior Teller Manager at Bank of America.

Notably, Jeison's tenure at Bank of America began dramatically when the branch was raided on his first day, uncovering internal theft. His swift actions and resilience propelled him to the role of Assistant Branch Manager and later Branch Manager. Reflecting on his journey, Jeison emphasizes his ability to persevere through challenges, drawing strength from his humble beginnings and overcoming adversity as a minority in the industry.

Today, Jeison German, the CEO of JeisonGermanGroup and a seasoned entrepreneur, proudly juggles his roles as a father of four and a self-proclaimed "magician," splitting his time between two children in New York and two in Miami. His journey as an entrepreneur began in 2014 when he founded Jeison German Group with an initial team of 15 employees, whom he later parted ways with due to misaligned motivations with his business mission.

Taking the reins solo, Jeison single-handedly built a portfolio of 200 clients over the first two years before strategically expanding his team by hiring key positions like an office manager to enhance customer service. Despite selling his initial client portfolio for over $500k during a divorce, Jeison retained his role as portfolio manager, securing dividends to safeguard its sustainability. Deeply invested in client relationships, he successfully rebuilt his portfolio to hundreds once again.

Currently, Jeison focuses on merchant services solutions and Cost Consulting, aiding businesses in cost reduction, rate optimization, and chargeback mitigation. He emphasizes empowering his team to seize new opportunities for growth and specialization within the company. 

Motivated by the daily business challenges and driven by a vision to leave a lasting legacy of integrity, trust, and excellence, Jeison aims to instill the values of hard work and perseverance in his children.

Continuing to explore new avenues, Jeison has diversified his business interests, launching offshoot ventures such as JG Realty Group, JG Venture Capital, and Jeison German Group's Cost Consulting branch. With a passion for innovation and a commitment to enhancing business success, Jeison remains dedicated to carving out new paths and supporting the growth of enterprises in diverse niches.
